Governor has considered the answers furnished by you to the

charges against you contained in Mr. Sercombe Saith's letter of

the 15th, ultimo and that you have falied to exculpate yourseif

to the satisfaction of the Governor.

i am accordingly to apprise you that on the

11th. instant at 2.30 p.m. in the Council Charber the question of

your suspension will be brought before the sxecutive Council when

you will be allowed to appear before the Council and defend your-

-self orally and cail any witnesses you may desire to call in

your defence.
